Holicon Group employs an integrated, multi-channel model of communication. This tool enables us to efficiently monitor our Clients’ business processes and contacts, and provide the recipient with information in its optimum form.

The call center sector awarded our consultants with honourable mentions in the “Telemarketer of the Year 2012” competition held by the Polish Marketing Association.

We have been operating on the market since 2004. We aim to continuously improve the procedures and increase the quality standards. For this, we received the ISO PL-EN 9001:2008 certificate granted by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR).
